Our work for KOHA brings together a custom-built CMS, the koha.net website and companion apps for iOS and Android. Integrated AI supports the editorial workflow and makes the archive part of the working system.
Tools for editors
The CMS helps editors choose titles and descriptions and prepare meta tags and topic tags. AI assistance is connected to the publishing workflow, where editors can work with the content and its presentation together.
An archive that can answer back
RAG, or retrieval-augmented generation, connects the AI to material in KOHA’s archive. MCP access lets compatible tools work with that information, giving the editorial team another way to explore their existing content.
From text to other formats
The system includes text-to-speech, video transcription, social media management and reel generation with spoken audio. The work connects publishing with the formats and channels used beyond the website.
